Mary Rose is a ceramic artist creating colourful, vibrant pottery from her studio in the Forest of Dean in the UK. Each piece is handmade indivuially and hand painted with passion and flair.

Mary Rose Young graduated from college in Wolverhampton having studied sculptural ceramics. After graduating she found her interest in domestic pottery was re-newed and she developed a colourful range, which included sculptural roses around the base of jugs and Vases. Mary Rose first started by showing her work from a barrow in the Dockside arts centre in Bristol but now her work is brought by customers from all over the world including New York and Europe.

The Serena Hall gallery has a collection of wonderful pieces by Mary Rose from her Mugs to large sculptural teapots and rose incrusted vases.
