Jane E Greengrass produces coiled and press-moulded forms, which are decorated using a variety of coloured slips, stained inlaid clays and matt glazes.

Having taught art & design locally and in Bedfordshire, Jane exhibits throughout East Anglia and with the Suffolk Craft Society.

Jane bases her work on the stone and pebble forms found on the beach, abstracting their form and surface pattern, and uses the natural properties of clay, stains and glazes in a search for an aesthetic relationship of colour, form and texture.
